• Upload your documents in PDF format - a CV (German or English) is mandatory, optional: cover letter and/or certificates
• You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail

2. Our selection process

• We will review your application and in case of a good match, we will invite you to an interview
• We would like to get to know you in various interview rounds – usually there is at least one interview with the business department and one with HR; other interviews and assessments are optional

3. Our hiring decision

• You will receive information about the final hiring decision. In case of a positive reply, you will receive further details about the contract offer
• You will stay in touch with us to clarify your questions and, if necessary, to obtain further information
• We are taking the next steps together

4. Your contract

• Your (digital) employment contract will be delivered to you
• As soon as we receive the contract signed by you, we will arrange your onboarding
