Deutsche Bank recruits on-campus for graduate opportunities across the globe. However, we also accept applications from universities where we don’t have a presence on-campus, too. To be considered for a role with us, everyone has to submit an online application, so the process is the same for everyone.

The recruitment process usually consists of two rounds of interviews before final decisions are made. In some regions, you’ll also be asked to take part in assessment tests. We’ll let you know what the process will look like for you well before your interview.

Show content of What is a seasonal internship?

These are prolonged internship programs, generally lasting six months. They’re designed to fit in with the academic calendars at certain European universities that offer work experience as part of their courses. All seasonal interns are assessed for the Global Analyst Training Program in line with our traditional intern class.

Our seasonal internships will take place in Corporate Banking and Securities, within our Corporate Finance and Markets Division. They’ll last between three and eleven months. As well as on-the-job training and the chance to be involved in live projects, you’ll also receive structured feedback and intensive mentoring. To apply, you’ll need to be in your penultimate year of study within a university in Continental Europe.

If you’ve gained your PhD, you’ll enter at either Analyst or Associate level, depending on the relevance of your studies to banking and your previous work experience.
