Corporate Bank – Apprenticeship Programme

Our Corporate Bank Apprenticeship programme will provide you with formal training whilst working in our day-to-day business as well as on special projects. You will build relationships and learn from Corporate Banking professionals from across the business and gain a Level 5 Certificate of Higher Education in Operational Management leading onto a Responsible Business Management BSc (Hons) from the University of Exeter, CMI Level 6 Diploma in Professional Management and Leadership Practice and CMI Chartered Manager status.

You will quickly gain the confidence to take on real projects by learning first-hand how and what we deliver for clients worldwide. You’ll feel supported by colleagues from across our business and start to develop your professional network.
The apprenticeship will involve innovative learning and teaching methods, achieved through online learning, including recorded lectures and live webinars. You will develop new knowledge, skills, and ideas that will enable you to become more effective employees who can add real change and lay the foundation for a prosperous and challenging career in the Corporate Bank.

Eligibility Criteria

You will be expected to have achieved the following by the start of the programme: GCSE in Maths and English at grades A*-C (4-9) or equivalent and at least three A Levels at Grade B or above or equivalent qualifications.

To join the programme, you must meet government requirements for funding, you must hold a British or EU passport along with the relevant immigration documents such as work visas and bio metric resident permit. Candidates must have been living in the EU for the past three years.
