Aspiring Talent Programme

Programme overview

Recognising the importance of diversity, the Aspiring Talent Programme (ATP) acquaints penultimate year female students with what it’s like to work within a corporate investment bank. Founded to attract quality female applications to our internship and graduate programmes, our full day schedule has been designed to teach you about investment banking, to give you a real idea of where you could fit into our world and the kind of impact you could have on our evolving global business.

Join us onsite at our Sydney office for a full day schedule on Day 1, including the chance to join our Investment Banking team for an evening networking session. You will then have one week to prepare and present a presentation to our senior panelists and have a mock interview with our Investment Banking team on Day 2. Some of the highlights of our programme include:

  • Hear from our Investment Bank divisional leads and get an overview of Deutsche Bank’s role within our local market
  • Take a tour of our trading floor

“Our junior talent programmes enable us to recruit the best and brightest rising stars in the industry, and many of our leaders today joined us this way. The Aspiring Talent Programme ensures that we are engaging with emerging female talent and is just one way that we try to address the gender disparity within the sector. We will continue to invest in the development of our future leaders of the bank, who play an integral role in the overall culture and success of our business.”
