The Programme
At Deutsche Bank, we pride ourselves on cultivating a diverse workplace that recognises talent and rewards ambition. Join our dbEnable programme, a personal and professional development programme giving students with disabilities an opportunity to gain professional experience across various divisions in the bank.
This 10-week work placement programme runs alongside our summer internship programme and provides students with disabilities an opportunity to gain professional experience across various divisions in the bank. The work placement programme will provide you with opportunities for structured training, practical skills development, and project-based experience and learning.
The programme will consist of an orientation including an introduction to Deutsche Bank and divisional deep dive training sessions, along with structured workshops and skills sessions. We will provide you with the opportunity to speak to and learn from senior colleagues and recent graduates through networking sessions, buddy programmes and mentorship programmes. You can look forward to gaining professional experience through hands-on learning with your team, as well as projects assigned to you. You will contribute to the innovation of new ideas to help our clients and colleagues achieve their goals. The work placement / internship is an ideal way to learn whether a career in Banking meets your needs and aspirations.
