I wanted to further explore my capabilities and accomplish more at Deutsche Bank. The Resume Your Résumé (RYR) programme offered an opportunity to return and rekindle that curiosity.

Driven achiever with diverse interests
Aman's educational journey began with schooling in Mumbai, followed by earning his undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, and Entrepreneurship at the University of Nottingham in the UK, laying a strong foundation for his career aspirations.
Aman finds satisfaction in completing his tasks and maintaining a packed schedule filled with challenges. Apart from work, he enjoys traveling, swimming, playing tennis, cricket and indulging in the culinary arts.
Embracing challenges in investment banking
“I started at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai in 2014, focusing on Prime Brokerage and Client Management for APAC region."
Aman delved into roles within Investment Banking focused on Prime Brokerage and Client Management for the Asia-Pacific region. In 2017, he made a pivotal move to Deutsche Bank AG London, expanding his responsibilities in Equity Derivatives Sales Support and Client Management. He played a crucial role during the bank's Brexit Project Management for Equities, navigating complexities in global financial markets.
Embracing an entrepreneurial culinary journey
"In 2019, I explored entrepreneurial ventures, refining my management skills along the way."
In 2019, Aman moved back to India and ventured into entrepreneurship, launching cloud kitchens that offered Vietnamese, American, and Lebanese cuisine. He also started a premium ice cream company and managed these ventures until 2023, learning valuable business and management skills.
Renewed passion sparks return
"My six-month stint reignited my passion and reminded me of the unfinished business I had in the finance sector."
In 2021, Aman temporarily joined us to facilitate client account migrations, leveraging his subject matter expertise. By the end of 2023, he felt a renewed sense of unfinished business in finance. This strategic return directed him to explore further opportunities and paved the way for a permanent role within the bank.
