• Graduate Programme

The Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme is a year-long comprehensive programme designed to provide you with exposure to a range of fascinating projects and ongoing professional and technical training to develop the skills you need to grow your career. You’ll feel supported by a network of peers and mentors and benefit from our global wellbeing programme.

We offer our Graduate Programme across various business divisions and infrastructure areas – The Unofficial Guide to Banking will help you to understand the best fit for you.

To be eligible for the 2025 Graduate Programme you must: 

  • Complete your studies between 1st January 2024 and 31st July 2025. 
  • Be able to start full time work in July 2025, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements. 
  • Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.

  • Pre-Programme Learning

    You’ll be given early access e-learning - an interactive module where you’ll find out about our values, our impact, and our people.

    In addition, you’ll receive tailored pre-learning related to your specific divisional programme.

  • Orientation

    Before you join your teams, you’ll be introduced to Deutsche Bank through various activities and simulations with the graduate class, where you’ll learn about our structure, strategy and culture.

    You’ll also hear directly from our Management Board and senior leaders on topics like Sustainability, AI, career growth and the future of work.

  • Well-being

    At Deutsche Bank we aim to create a health-promoting and caring work environment where you can be yourself, feel supported and happy, so you can perform at your best and thrive in your career.

    Our Well-being programme will provide you with the tools and methods to reduce stress and anxiety in and outside the workplace and raise awareness of mental and physical health and wellness topics.

  • Networking

    We recognise the importance of networking for new graduates so we’ll create formal and informal opportunities for you to connect with your peers and colleagues early on in the programme.

    Our Graduate Networking Committee also organise events for the graduate class on an ongoing basis.

  • Divisional Training

    You’ll be immersed in tailored, interactive training related to your specific divisional programme ensuring you feel confident on the first day with your team.

    This will continue on a formal basis throughout your first year and beyond.

  • Continuous Development Programme

    We’re committed to investing in your continuous development and from day one you’ll be focused on enhancing your personal brand, self-awareness, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

    Throughout the course of your first year, you’ll join regular training sessions designed to support the development of your professional skills.

  • Joining your team

    There’s no replacement for on-the-job learning – as soon as you join your team, you’ll learn first-hand from some of the industry’s top minds and thought leaders and build a valuable network of experts along the way.
