The Power of Difference - The way we work
Neurodiversity describes the natural variations in how people process information - and with 1 in 5 people being neurodivergent, these differences are already part of our everyday teams and conversations.
Our video, "The Power of Difference - The Way We Work", features colleagues sharing the strategies and strengths that help them do their best work. Their experiences show that there’s no single “right” way to approach tasks or communicate, and that small adjustments can make a meaningful difference to how supported people feel.

Show content of 3. Interview
If your profile matches the role, we’ll contact you to outline next steps.
Interviews typically range from two to four stages, and you can expect to meet with several people during this process. For some roles, especially technical or specialised ones, you may be asked to complete a role-specific assessment. An interview with HR usually takes place at the final stage of the process, focusing on competency-based questions, based on our aspirational culture. You’ll be informed of the structure and expectations in advance.
Helpful Tips:
- During your interviews and any assessment, remember to be yourself, authenticity stands out and it’s what we value.
- Interview questions quite often take the form of STAR technique; Situation, Task, Action and Result. Set the scene, explain your responsibility, describe the goal and outline the steps taken to deliver the outcome. Learn about the role and division in advance by reviewing the job description and division, and think about how you could make an impact given your skills, experience and competencies.
- Come prepared with questions for the interview panel, this is your opportunity to learn more about the role, team and company culture to ensure our workplace is the right fit for your needs.
