• Think progress.
    Think Deutsche Bank.

Find out how Deutsche Bank is making technology accessible to all by supporting emerging female talent.

At Deutsche Bank, we want to inspire the next generation of female technologists by driving an early interest in a STEM career. Our mission is to build confidence through coaching and mentoring with programmes that focus on industry education early on in careers. On our Insight Programmes, Internships and Apprenticeships, participants are exposed to real technology projects so they can acquire skills that will take them forward in their careers and education — at Deutsche Bank and beyond.

But it doesn’t stop there. Our existing employees also benefit from events that promote technology, like our Engineering Day, which brings employees together around the world. We also hold a Tech Summit that welcomes experts to speak about disruptive changes in technology — all with the goal of moving us forward as a tech community.

Our Deutsche Bank Tech Accelerator programme supports people who want to retrain for an engineering role, regardless of their technical background.

Our early talent programmes provide an invaluable entry point for students from all walks of life to access our summer internship programme.

Our German offices have been offering apprenticeships and dual studies in technology for more than 20 years to develop and support young women.

Our Back 2 Engineering programme aims to help those with an engineering background or interest in technology to update and apply their existing technical skills in a practical environment.
