What did you do before joining DBMC?

• Before joining DBMC, I worked for six years at Accenture, initially in risk management and later in strategy consulting. My professional career began at Berliner Volksbank, where I completed a dual study program and then worked in the risk controlling department.

What is your motivation to join DBMC / Why did you choose DBMC?

• I was initially drawn to in-house Management Consulting because I wanted to engage more deeply and sustainably with a company's challenges, while still working in an international environment. DBMC was the perfect match for this.

• The young team of talented and helpful consultants I can work with, who are willing to go the extra mile
• The top strategic topics we are called upon to address, which typically include conceptual challenges/ tasks

What did you do before joining DBMC?

• I have had the opportunity to experience consulting, in a traditional external consulting model (at Deloitte US-India and PwC India) and in an internal strategy role (at Axis Bank, India’s leading private sector bank). I have served both global and India-based financial services clients, with over 12 years of consulting experience. I have completed my MBA from XLRI (Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur)

What is your motivation to join DBMC / Why did you choose DBMC?

• I have always enjoyed working in a consulting setup, solving a wide variety of critical problems for clients. DBMC provided me the opportunity to work in such a setup, solving problems at a global scale, while working with talented colleagues and clients. Happy to say, most of those boxes have been ticked in my 2+ years here. As one of the first members to join DBMC Mumbai, it also gave me an opportunity to help mould the culture of the team.

What do you enjoy the most at DBMC?

• The collaborative model we follow at DBMC is something I truly enjoy. Even though we are separated by multiple time zones, there is no practical difference in how we operate together as a team.

What did you do before joining DBMC?

• I hold a bachelor's degree from NIT Nagpur and an MBA from IIM Indore, where I was a gold medallist. I bring 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and consulting. Prior to joining DBMC, I worked with PwC (Management Consulting – Financial Services), Citi (TTS Ops – Workforce Transformation Centre), and Deloitte (Technology Consulting). In these roles, I supported multiple domestic and global clients across geographies in their business transformation journeys.

What is your motivation to join DBMC / Why did you choose DBMC?

• My previous experience in external consulting required extensive travel. DBMC offers an ideal balance - allowing me to engage in impactful and rewarding work while also spending valuable time with my family. This opportunity enables me to have both professional fulfilment and personal satisfaction, making my experience even more meaningful.

• I am delighted to be part of the DBMC team, surrounded by highly talented professionals who continuously inspire and challenge me. The organization's collaborative culture across regions is truly commendable - whether it’s through internal initiatives, projects, or connectivity events. The strong sense of teamwork and support makes DBMC an exceptional place to work.

What did you do before joining DBMC?

• I am originally from Florida and started my career in Information Technology at GE Healthcare as part of their leadership development program, where I led teams within Operations and Finance as part of a business-wide transformation.
• As my career progressed, I looked to fulfil my dream of living abroad, which led me to pursue an MBA in the UK. Post-graduation I settled in London and transitioned into the management consulting industry within financial services, and where I enjoyed frequent client engagements across the UK, China, and India.

What is your motivation to join DBMC / Why did you choose DBMC?

• In my previous management consulting role, my clients were predominantly global banking institutions, which provided me with great insight into the world of finance and its unique challenges. Post-pandemic, I was looking to move away from 80% travel, which led me to the concept of in-house consulting.
• Working at DBMC was a perfect fit, as it allowed me to continue my passion for delivering strategic and impactful projects to clients, in addition to providing me the opportunity to deepen my finance industry knowledge at a world-class bank.

What do you enjoy the most at DBMC?

• My colleagues! I know it sounds very cliché, but company culture is very important to me. It feels great to work with talented individuals who came from diverse backgrounds and have interesting hobbies outside of work. This can be said for our DBMC colleagues across our three global locations, which makes for unique learning experiences with cross location-staffed projects and knowledge sharing sessions.

What did you do before joining DBMC?

• I have an undergraduate degree in Economics and a postgraduate degree in Environmental Economics. After graduation, I worked in KPMG for 2 years where I gained practical experience and knowledge about the financial industry.

What is your motivation to join DBMC / Why did you choose DBMC?

• Through networking with colleagues from various divisions and my personal experience auditing a UK bank, I realized my intertest rests in a career combining banking and consulting. I was seeking an opportunity that would allow me to leverage both areas, and DBMC caught my attention as a unique option that offers this rare combination in London. This position aligns perfectly with my skills and interest, and therefore here I am.

What do you enjoy the most at DBMC?

Everyone within our team has been instrumental in my growth, always encouraging my development and providing valuable guidance. What did you do before joining DBMC?

• I completed my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Mannheim in Business Administration and Master’s degree at Nova School of Business and Economics in Finance. Throughout my studies, I gained valuable experience through multiple internships in consulting and investment banking. Upon completing my studies in 2024, I joined the team as an Analyst.
