International Private Bank Work-Study degree programme
Programme overview
The Private Banking Industry Group, co-chaired by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, launched the “Build, Encourage, Nurture” (PBIG-BEN) initiative to develop undergraduate talent for the private banking sector, and Deutsche Bank is proud to support this initiative with our Work-Study Degree Programme.
The programme aims to give students an opportunity to exercise and apply academic knowledge from relevant modules in a real-world scenario and at the same time, aid their future transition into the banking sector post-graduation.
You will gain theoretical and practical knowledge and acquire work relevant skills and experience through your time at Deutsche Bank, where the aim is to provide you with a foundation for a career in the industry of private wealth management.
You will get insights and first-hand experience of the Private Banking industry and build your network by interacting with the Bank’s management, colleagues, and peers. You will have opportunities to learn from senior leaders and specialists about client services and our varied products offerings. You will also be actively involved in supporting the daily operations of the business and projects initiatives.
Throughout the course of job rotations, you will obtain a wide range of practical experience. You will also benefit from training courses, seminars, and a variety of networking events. Successful candidates will be invited to join our enhanced two-year International Private Bank Graduate Programme, providing an enhanced client focus, greater clarity on your career path and structured learning.
This programme is between 25-35 weeks long and the timing and duration will be agreed upon offer.
Who can apply?
This position is only for NTU-NBS students who fulfill the criteria for the NBS Work-Study Degree (WSDeg) Programme. Students from the Academic Year 2020 intake onwards may apply. Accounting and Business Studies Students from the Academic Year 2019 are eligible to apply too.
