A notice on Recruitment Scams

Beware of hiring scams! Never divulge personal information if you are unsure of the authenticity of a communication.

We are aware of recent recruitment fraud where individuals contact candidates with fictitious job offers through WhatsApp, email or social media sites.

They may even share links to job postings online and ask for sums of money to be transferred for various reasons such as employment permits and insurance policies or attempt to gather personal data. These individuals may also seek to market, purportedly on behalf of Deutsche Bank, various investment opportunities or products to candidates.

Please note that Deutsche Bank does not require candidates to pay any amount of money as part of the recruitment or job placement process. Deutsche Bank also does not market investment or products during a recruitment process. All Deutsche Bank opportunities are published on the bank’s career portal, Linkedin page or partner websites. If you are contacted and wish to verify the authenticity of a Deutsche Bank job opportunity, please check the vacancy is listed via our careers website and apply directly through this page. Never divulge personal information if you are unsure of the authenticity of a communication from someone who claims to be representing Deutsche Bank.
