#ThisWorksForMe
We’re all unique, with different needs and priorities. So, why should anyone’s set of benefits or ways of working be the same? We believe that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to Well-being and ways of working. Tap to discover more about Well-being programs and corporate benefits.
Challenging and reducing stigma is one of the key aspects of our Well-being strategy
To achieve this, we need to openly talk about Well-being challenges at work. Only then will we be able to understand one another better, learn from each other and be able to provide support.
Psychological safety in the workplace and mental health are closely intertwined and it creates an environment where individuals feel comfortable and empowered to share their personal experiences, concerns and challenges related to mental health without fear of judgement. When our colleagues feel safe, they are more likely to seek help and engage in discussion about well-being.
